We work along with your computer staff advising and assisting as appropriate, to ensure that your implementation goes effectively, providing a single point of contact between Scion and your business, ensuring that we, as your service provider, understand obligations and time frames.
Scion can conduct a full installation of a business IT system, or if you business has in house staff, assist them in the installation or upgrade of the system. Prior to the installation, alternative options for any implementation can be provided at your discretion and all risks and obligations identified. Installation can be undertaken as fixed price or ad-hoc and system maintenance can be undertaken with a Service Level Agreement that suits your requirements or as required.
Scion can also supply you system-specific training for your staff to operate any new system. Additionally we provide "top-up" training later to reinforce the initial sessions.
